Witalis began building award winning homes
in the Metropolitan Atlanta area nearly 20
years ago. His vision for Pete Witalis
Homes, Inc. began because of his intense interest
in architectural design. Through study and
the cooperative efforts of top-notch architects,
Pete began to design homes that created the
perfect balance of social flow and intimacy.

becomes clear that high quality design is the
foundation of the home. Pete is a luxury,
custom home builder, who specializes
in the design and building of some 14 to 20 custom
homes each year in the Metropolitan Atlanta area,
with an emphasis in the suburbs of North Atlanta.
Pete is married to Debbie and has a son, Matthew.
As a student of architecture, who began constructing
homes in 1988, Pete continues to focus his attention
on designing and building homes of high quality,
with an emphasis on detail and design originality.
Expect to see segmented arched openings, built
in bookcases, quaint overlooks and gourmet kitchens
in a typical Pete Witalis Home.

of building superintendents who are CABO certified

Expo at the Woodmont Golf and Country Club, Pete
Witalis Homes garnered the Greater
